Our fee schedule varies according to the amount of work you want us to perform.
- We will quote a price for the complete design process (from determining design criteria to producing working drawings). Call for an introductory meeting.
- Construction oversight, interior product choices, and detailed drawings for specialized built-ins can be arranged as needed. These services will be billed by the hour at a rate of $65.00 and total costs estimated.
Initial face to face and on-site meetings are essential but the development process can be accomplished through AutoCAD drawings exchanged via the internet. We are currently working with clients in several other states.
Consultation
Perhaps you know what you want but need a one-time consultation to get you confidently on your way. Perhaps you have bought a plan off the internet and need some small adjustments made. We are here to serve your needs, both large and small. Billing will be by the hour:
- 1 to 4-hour consultations will be billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
- Work that requires more than 5 hours will be billed at $65.00 per hour.
